Purchased a Ken hom wok in November 2022 only used it twice, the Teflon has peeled off plus burnt the wok inside . Can I get a refund or exchange it .

The layer has started to flake off whilst making a Thai curry… Less than 3 months old.. this pan cannot be used as a wok 🙁

After first time of use the bottom was scratched and coating was peeling. After second use the cooking surface was discoloured and looked burnt. I didn’t use excessive heat and have not had this problem with previous woks.

Heats up real quick but non stick coating has come off in patches with every wash. Cheap wok with a chef name to it. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this product. The pan looks and feels great and I had high expectations since Ken Hom had given his name to it but after only 3 months, with less than 10 uses the non stick surface is burnt and coming away.

Should of read the reviews before was purchased, because dunelm is normally known for good quality products so didn’t think twice. Food stuck from the very first time it was used. Had for 2 months and already bought something different.
