Care InstructionsWash before first use. Always use a suitable size heat source for pan size. Do not allow the flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan. Do not pre-heat empty pans. Use only low to moderate heat, extremely high temperatures will damage the surface. Use only plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils, metal will damage the surface. If pan severely overheats do not touch it but turn off the cooker and leave to cool completely before removing. Allow the pan to cool completely after each use. Plunging a hot pan into cold water can cause irreparable warping. Do not use abrasive cleaners as this could damage the surface. Pans are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the appearance of your cookware. Burnt on food should be removed by soaking in warm soapy water. Always lift the pan and do not drag across surfaces to avoid any damage to the surface or hob top. Oven safe up to 200ºC, however it is recommended for use in the oven for warming only. Always use oven gloves as handles and knobs may become hot during use.

Essentials saucepans are lovely and solid and also good looking.

Thought maybe this saucepan was ‘seconds’ as it has a slight bump on the inside, doesn’t matter though, and also the cardboard covering when it arrived was Sellotaped together which made me think it might have been returned at some stage. However, it is fine to use and I was glad to get a stainless steel saucepan.

Great pots, especially for the price. The handles are a little thin but typically do not get hot. I’ve been using them nearly every day and they have been holding up quite well.

After buying many steel pans, last lot from Sainsbury’s cost me £55. For 3.
I was hoping these be better….sadly after using only a few times.
They have speckled marks inside the pan that can’t be removed no matter how you clean them. Don’t have dishwasher so it’s not from that, once washed pan dried straight away.
Boiling potatoes or boiled egg, Cannot get rid off the water ring marks either. Not happy customer
Pans have already speckled inside,

Love these pans. Lightweight compared to many others, heat up quickly on the induction hob. May not be non stick but do far no problem cleaning them. They were very inexpensive so not expecting them to last a lifetime but am sure they will serve their purpose for several years
