We bought this about a month ago and during the first use we noticed it had warped and had left scratches on our electric hob.
Contacted customer services who said there was nothing wrong with it and we should have removed the pan for stirring – who even does that?!

I bought this pan after seeing a positive review about it and so far it has not disappointed. I cooked some pork chops without the addition of any fat or oil and the meat didn’t stick to the pan whilst cooking. It came up as good as new with just a quick wipe round in soapy water. All in all, excellent value.
